Haley Mccarty
“As a Private Movement Specialist and Longevity Coach with over 10 years of experience, I help clients optimize their strength, mobility, performance, and overall quality of life through a comprehensive, highly personalized approach to wellness.
My specialty is working with individuals who are ready to move beyond physical therapy and continue building a stronger, more resilient body. With advanced training in Pilates and Neuro Pilates, I specialize in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and high-performance fitness by integrating functional movement, corrective exercise, strength training, Pilates-based principles, and performance conditioning.
Every program is thoughtfully designed around the individual, addressing movement patterns, lifestyle demands, personal goals, and long-term health. I work with clients seeking to improve mobility, build strength, enhance athletic performance, prevent injury, and create sustainable habits that support lifelong vitality.
Beyond movement and training, I incorporate nutrition guidance and lifestyle strategies to provide a complete approach to health and longevity. By combining customized exercise programming, mindful nutrition, recovery practices, and ongoing coaching support, I help clients create a comprehensive wellness plan designed to elevate how they move, feel, and perform.
My mission is to provide a refined, concierge-level coaching experience that empowers clients to build a stronger body, optimize their health, and thrive at every stage of life.”Mindy Horwitz
